Ben is to commended for his wonderful service. He runs a very professional operation without the pushiness of many real estate companies. Ben is approachable, easily contactable and helped us navigate the market to find exactly what we were looking for. He has even assisted us post purchase in preparing for our demolition and build. We highly recommend Ben to anybody who is in the market to buy or sell.
Ben, Sarah and the team were all excellent to deal with. Ben responded quickly to our enquiry and the team went out of their way to assist us with our purchase. I would recommend them all ! Thanks for making it all so easy!
We had a very pleasant, enjoyable, experience selling our property. This was entirely due to Ben Keevers. He was always punctual and any of our concerns were quickly delt with. His suggestion of the Settlement Agent and Surveying company were excellent. I already have, and always will inform others of our great experience with Ben.
Ben and the entire team made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Their professional approach and communication took all the stress out of it. They were very informative throughout the process and we are very happy with the result. Big shout out to Sarah who was amazing. 5 stars from us.
The purchase of my new property could not have been made easier by both Ben and Sarah. Right from the very first meeting at a home open, there was nothing but honesty and help. This continued right through the whole process from offer to settlement. Any questions I had of the seller, property or process were met with a prompt and honest response. Id have no problems whatsoever recommending both Ben and Sarah to friends and family. Thank-you so much to you both for a fantastic experience!
Ben was incredibly helpful in helping us find the perfect home! We had been set on building to accommodate the needs of our unique family, but Ben managed to source the perfect home off market and facilitate a very easy and smooth sale! Ben was completely transparent and honest through the whole process which allowed us to trust him and his opinions, something that isn’t always possible in this industry! Ben and his whole team were responsive and helpful with any needs or questions. I couldn’t recommend Ben highly enough and will definitely use his services again in the future!
Ben and Sarah did a great job at selling our house. From recommending a interior stylist to providing general advice along the way we were very happy with their customer service and professionalism. We received an offer we were very happy with.
From his first contact Ben displayed a level of professionalism that sets him apart from his peers. His genuine interest, market knowledge and superior communication skills not only assisted us to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations but made the selling process seamless. He was backed up by a strong team that made the settlement process extremely smooth also. We would definitely use Ben’s expertise again in the future.
Great agent and great guy. Was easy and genuine from start to finish.
We could not fault Ben and Sarah and our dealings with the agency. We felt from start to finish communication was clear, concise and timely. As people who don't purchase new family homes every week the process was explained well and our ultimate goal achieved with little hassle. Thanks Ben
A big thanks for all your efforts Ben & Sarah in navigatin our recent client purchase in Sorrento. We dealt with you on several before settling on this one and your knowledge, response time and helpfulness was great. I get to work with a lot of real estate agents and see their practices and i have no problems in recommending your services. Many Thanks Stacey
The process on buying our purchase was very smooth. We didn’t have much contact with Ben but Sarah was great in communicating and was always happy to assist.
