Ben was great to talk to from the moment he walked into my house , there wasn't any back and forward with pricing as with other agents , in my opinion if you work an area for a long period of time you should have figures as to what a property is worth before you even get to the property none of this il go away and come back to you with a price nonsense. That is exactly what I got from ben from the onset, and the result spoke for itself with the figures matching agreed $ amount. I would recommend ben and his team to anyone who cant be arsed with prolonged nonsense just get in get the job done at the end of the day that's what everyone selling there house wants as its stressful enough 9/10 only lost the 10/10 because of his shirt style . hel get there on this one .

Ben and Meg did a perfect job from start to end for us. We had to sell relatively quickly and needed tons of help with getting our house ready, listing the property, etc. Ben and Meg did basically everything, so we are incredibly grateful to them! I don't think we could have done this without them. 10/10.

The sales process was approached with gusto and there was a lot of help from Ben Keevers and his team getting cosmetic work carried out plus the staging. Promises were kept on relaying stats after each home open. Perhaps not all feedback from potential buyers was relayed to me. Other than that, it was a successful sale and a good working relationship.
