The way the property was for sale. All offers presented meant what the market thought it was worth was not in line with the seller. The agent should have been more honest with the seller re the price. Or if the seller wanted a particular price they should have just listed a price. The agent also needs to work for the buyer a bit more as without a buyer there is no sale. By this I mean understanding where the buyer is coming from, Keeping them on board, trying to appeal to their needs.
