The way the property was for sale. All offers presented meant what the market thought it was worth was not in line with the seller. The agent should have been more honest with the seller re the price. Or if the seller wanted a particular price they should have just listed a price. The agent also needs to work for the buyer a bit more as without a buyer there is no sale. By this I mean understanding where the buyer is coming from, Keeping them on board, trying to appeal to their needs.

From the initial call I had with Ben inquiring about the property, I found him to be very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. He only got better from there. I visited the house 3 times prior to purchase, and each time he made us feel welcomed, but not overwhelmed. He left us to our own devices, but was there ready when we had questions. At the Auction, again he was helpful but not overwhelming and made us feel super comfortable with the process. His assistant Amy doesn’t go without a mention too. Amy is an asset to the team at Ray White North Quays and I would be very happy to deal with both Ben and Amy again.
