We want to thank Ben and his team for assisting us in both our purchase and selling of our previous home. The marketing of our existing property was so impressive. Even we wanted to buy it! This was a huge transition in our life and their care and reassurance was next level. Communication with all parties was fantastic . They were ahead at every step which made the whole process smooth. Lastly, thank you for finding us our new home 😀
We had a fantastic result selling our home. He provided expert guidance, was always available for questions, and made the entire process seamless. Thanks to his hard work, our house sold quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend!
Can't recommend Ben and the Ray White stable enough. Was constantly kept in the loop in regards to the sale of the property and all staff were extremely helpful and hospitable throughout the process If only I had more properties to do it all again alas, probably should have worked a little harder in school to achieve that one...
We saw an off-market opportunity arise, and my husband and I jumped at it. Not only was Ben supportive of our ambitions, but he was really transparent throughout the process, ensuring our efforts paid off and we had a real chance to secure our dream spot. His communication was clear, frequent, and genuinely authentic. I think everyone was happy by the settlement. And our family will always appreciate the lifestyle this home/Ben will give us!
We found Ben to be completely transparent and up front which was what we were looking for. There were no surprises along the well and the whole process couldn't have been better. Compared to past experiences, we can't recommend Ben highly enough!
I have nothing but praise for Ben and his team. The team were always focused on our objectives. Everything they laid out for the sales of our home was exactly how it all went. The professionalism, friendliness and great attitude made working with them a pleasure. Thank you and well done.
Ben, Brandon, and the team delivered top-notch service. Their honestly and integrity shines. The home selling process was smooth, stress-free, and clear-cut. We were very happy with the sale price and valued the prompt and effective communication every step of the way. They went above and beyond. We wholeheartedly endorse Ben and his team for a hassle-free experience.
He proposed a strong marketing strategy and executed as planned. Great communication throughout the process and a great final result. Thanks Ben and the team!
We had a wonderful experience with Ben from start to finish. Always great communication, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend his services 11/10!
Ben and Brandon were an exception team. Honest, efficient, hard working and have extensive knowledge of the industry. This is our 3rd dealing with Keevers Group and we wouldn’t go to anyone else.
On each occasion Ben has surpassed expectations in all areas. His service comes with accuracy of market knowledge, coupled with good advice and results. Ben and Brandon are both very likeable and professional in their dealings. Overall, it's been a most pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend and use their services again.
Each time we have used Ben to sell our properties he has impressed us because his opinions and judgements are supported by market research. This research captures current and historical data. Modern photographic tools are used (eg drones) to enhance the presention of our property. He is persistent (and realistic) in his endeavours to achieve the best possible sale price. We have been extremely happy with the final outcome on each occasion.
