Ben did a great job of marketing my property. I chose him and Domain and Co because they came across as more genuine than other agents - not stereotypical. He was attentive, responsive and proactive. There was plenty of interest in the property and it sold on the day after negotiation. Its a shame we didnt have as many genuine bidders as we would've liked but the result was good given the way the market was. I would recommend Ben.
