We highly recommend Ben and his team at Gardian real estate. Ben managed to sell our home for a good price in a poor market. Ben was always honest, and at no time did we feel that any information supplied to us by ben was not current with the market conditions at the time.

Unfortunately I don't like real estate agents very much, I have them in the same class as horse trainers,insurance salesmen and politicians. Ben was however a person/real estate agent that seemed to be somewhat genuine and I'm sure he did the best he could for his clients. I have given him 3 stars across the board for his service as there is not a snowball's chance in hell that I would ever admit that a real estate agent deserved 5 stars.
