Very professional agent. Ben listened to all my needs and met them all. He made sure the settlement on my new house was the same day as the settlement on the house i sold. This meant i did not have to make an interim move, i did not need to a get a bridging loan and I sold and purchased in the same market. Also my builder wanted some trees removed and Ben made sure these trees could be removed before we purchased this property. He also organized an house inspection outside of the advertised inspection times. His communication with me was excellent. Highly recommended.
