Negotiation done with vendor not agent. ( No fault of agent) When asked agent did not offer any other properties to view. I am actually looking for a more up market property as well, this current property will be for investment purposes only later. Ray White, Atherton will confirm I purchased 1 property to reside in and 2 as investments previously, their agent realized there was cash available and made sure the 1.2m was spent with her.
