Review (positive) already submitted jointly with spouse Vesna Grant. Very happy with Ben and with L J. Hooker

Ben is a fantastic agent. Prompt responses and willing to help and talk through everything. He made the entire buying process easy by keeping me thoroughly informed and processing every extra request I had. Highly recommend.

Over a period of some years, Ben had kept us updated with the real estate market in Southport, so we decided to entrust the sale of our property to him. Throughout the process of marketing, inspections, offers made and finally making the sale, Ben was knowledgable and reliable in all our negotiations. The sale was conducted smoothly and communication with Ben and other staff at this agency was prompt, helpful and efficient. We are pleased to have sold at a fair market price and wish the new buyer much happiness in this well cared for complex of apartments. Very happy to recommend Ben and LJ Hooker Southport.

I’m very happy with the service from Ben. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. I would be more than happy to use him again.

Just bought a property on the Gold Coast and although Ben was the agent for the Seller, I was quite happy dealing with him. I found Ben and his team very responsive, patient and always helpful. Ben and the team went above my expectations with prompt and informative communications. Ben was happy to arrange for an extra viewing and I was always met on time and with a smile. Thank you Ben and thanks to your team as well!!

Ben and the team at LJ Hooker Southport exceeded our expectations!! We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home. He is reliable, professional and easy to communicate with.

Ben was amazing at selling our Unit in Victoria Towers. It needed work before it could be sold, he took care of everything and for a better price then I could do. Ben always kept us up to date on every element and was always there when we needed him. He got the price we wanted as well. The team behind ben did a wonderful job too and always a pleasure to deal with. Myself and my family would recommend Ben and his Team 100%.

Ben was very easy to deal with, not pushy and listened to my expectations. He is very professional and his knowledge of the area is outstanding. I will definately be using him again . Thanks Ben.

Ben was amazing from the start to the end. He kept us in the loop at all times, nothing was ever too much trouble. Also, have a very professional team to help us look after the rental afterwards. I highly recommend Ben if you are looking for an Agent.
