Ben is one of those people that is with you every step of the way, he is not just a Manager but he is a worker who also get his hands dirty by working along side his employees. He is funny, he has a sense of humor but can be serious and very knowledgeable when it comes to his approach to marketing and selling your house -- he then takes it very seriously.
