Ben established Cairns Property Collective in 2023 and manages
the property management and sales division, ensuring the best
return on investment for each of his clients.
Ben sits on the Property Management chapter committee with
the Real Estate Institute Queensland (REIQ), which is a collective
of 7 of QLD’s most senior and experiences property managers.
This chapter then advise the board, and most recently as a
group prepare the best practice guidelines for all Property
Managers in Queensland which have been released in June 2023.
Ben is a fifth generation local a part of an iconic Cairns family
with a network that spans the globe. He is a licensed Real Estate
agent and long serving member of the REIQ. Ben commenced
his property career in 2003 with a local agency and an
opportunity presented itself in Brisbane where he worked as a
Conciliator with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA)
Queensland. He holds both Queensland and New South Wales
qualifications in Real Estate and in addition is a qualified Body
Corporate manager. Ben loves to spend his free time with his
family and friends, whether it be camping or relaxing by the
pool.
