We had originally approached another agency but thought we would call one more to compare. Did a bit of research and saw that Ben had a history of sales and success in the area. It was the long weekend but Ben still came out that weekend to see us. We are not extroverted people so prefer someone who is not over the top and not pushy, and we appreciated Ben's subtle approach. Ben was honest regarding valuation, he organised photos for that Tuesday and the ad was up by Wednesday and we were lucky enough to get offers the first open home on Saturday.
