Being part of a wide group (Ray White) gave Ben broad access to potential buyers. From the start Ben provided excellent advice about the property preparation and presentation, as well as the method of sale (private treaty of auction). His advice included what needed to be fixed and what did not. Ben's estimate on the sale value was accurate too, though it did need to change when the market changed. For advertising and the "For Sale" sign, we had final say in the pictures and wording. Once open houses started, the detailed reports were both verbal and written allowing for questions. When things did not go as we expected Ben always had a remedy. When negotiations were required, Ben was able to get the best price possible. We are very happy with the price Ben got for us and the support and communication throughout the process.
