We started looking at buying our first house and Ben was the agent of a property we liked - unfortunately this house had sold earlier in the week. Ben then asked if we had some spare time to view some others that afternoon, he listened to our criteria/preferences and advised us of a new property around the corner. Ben meet us there 45 minutes later and gave us a great run down of the house. We asked many questions about the property and Ben was able to answer all of them. Throughout the build, Ben answered our many phone calls and questions - in and out of work hours. He also conversed with the head builder on a few things that we had asked. Ben is a great agent and tries his best to accommodate to all his clients.

This is the second home that Ben has sold for us now in the past 5 years and I would definitely use Ben again in the future. Ben has a great market knowledge of the local area which made it easy and convenient when listing the property as we could clearly see what the home was compared with in terms of value. Everything was explained to us and the whole process went smoothly. I'm an extremely impatient person so Ben always kept me in the loop on the sale process and provided timely updates after potential buyers inspected the property. With the coronavirus situation I was a bit concerned about the sale, but Ben alleviated these concerns and still managed to get buyers through to inspect in a safe manner. I think that Ben went above and beyond with the whole sale, in which we ended up with a favourable outcome.

Prior to dealing with Ben, I did not class Real Estate Agents as being honest or ethical. When we met Ben, he came over as honest, approachable and friendly - what more could we ask for?
