We were looking to purchase an investment property. We attended an open house at the property we ultimately purchased. We were pleased with the knowledge and co-operation received from the agent, including them contacting us with a range of feasible rental rates that we could expect. Ray White were able to negotiate a rental arrangement with the vendor for us soon after signing the purchase contract. Ray white has been managing the rental for us and to date we are happy with their service.
Our experience with Ben was nothing but exceptional! He was punctual, helpful and very professional. As it was our first time purchasing a property, we didn’t really know what to expect and Ben made our experience super positive and not as stressful as what we thought it could have been. We used Ben to sell my fathers villa in Albion Park. We found Ben to have excellent market knowledge be very open and honest with his approach to selling. We followed his advice and judgment and presented the property as he suggested to give it the best chance of selling. We were extremely happy and surprised when we received an offer in the first 3 days of the home going on the market and consequently accepted a counter offer made 2 days later. Most important to us Ben was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he acted with our best interests, along with those of the purchaser. We don’t live locally to Albion Park and no idea of tradesmen or cleaners etc to assist us in getting the villa ready for the market, but Ben cheerfully recommended contractors and other service providers when we contacted him looking for help, even organising a couple for us on our behalf. All up start to finish took no more than 9 weeks and that’s because we listened to Ben's advice that was realistic on where the market was at this time. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Ben again or give him anything but the highest recommendation for any future seller or purchaser.
