Ben gave me great customer service when I enquired about a house being sold (for $680,000 in August 2017) months before I gave him my mum’s house. At that time and without any expectation of a sale Ben gave me a solid report and good advice on her house. In April 2018 Ben sold my mum’s house for $690,000. When the range was 660,000 to 720,000 I was a little disappointed on the final price expecting to get closer to 700,000. Maybe with a slightly cooling market the final selling price was about right, who knows. Overall though, I was satisfied with Bens effort. His strength is that he kept me constantly in the loop and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of selling a house.

We just purchased our second home, at Auction, and Ben helped us every step of the way! He held extra opens for us, followed up after the sale and even made time for our contractors to gain access early so we could get renovations underway and move in quicker!
