We had the pleasure of dealing with Ben as part of our recent and unexpected property purchase at Sanctuary Cove. We are from interstate with limited knowledge of the local market, but Ben (and the Ray White team) made this a seamless purchase for us. Ben's availability and communications were first class and he shared valuable insights with us to help us get comfortable with what market value was in the area and navigated us through the auction process. Even post auction, Ben has been super collaborative in helping us close out some loose ends and not once has it ever felt like a trouble for Ben to help us out.
