Outstanding communication from start to finish from Ben and Tishauna & the team. Afterhours negotiating late in to the night to get the sale over the line was very much appreciated for our stress levels, especially in this crazy cut throat market. Ray White should be very proud to have people like Ben and Tishauna on their team, ensuring not only the sellers are happy with the outcome but also the purchasers. In our search for a new property we have meet some less that enthusiastic agents that appear to be happy to sit back and let the properties sell themselves which is not favourable for the seller, potentially the seller loosing out on getting the best possible price for their home. Ben and Tishauna thankfully have a much better approach and are not afraid to show that they are passionate about their careers. Fortunately for us we found an amazing new home through great people. Word of mouth from happy clients is a very powerful thing. Great work from you all :)
