This was always going to be a difficult block of land to sell by the mere fact it was a battleaxe block coupled with a declining market. Ben however, took the challenge head on and through his persistence and knowledge of the local market, he sold the block based on the positives and what it had to offer the potential buyer. Ben also maintained continual contact with regular weekly updates, which we found very refreshing having owned & sold many properties in the past. We cannot recommend Ben highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
