Ben is a dedicated real estate agent who is good at his work, much keen to spend time and share necessary details for a purchaser to make a wise decision. He was not disappointed or expressed any concern when I have cooled off my initial offer. But he was keen & polite to accept a second offer from me at a reduced price. Positives aside would expect Ben to share in depth details on the whole purchase process when signing the contract of sale by first home buyers like me. I was not sure that building and pest inspection needs to be included in the contract as a condition which I realised only after signing the contract.
