Ben commenced his career in Real Estate in 2017 after establishing a strong client base through previous careers and connections in the community. Real Estate was an industry that always held Ben’s interest and he had a keen desire to help people achieve their own Real Estate dreams. This is what has pushed Ben to where he is now- as our current sales manager and one of the five directors of this family owned business. Ben’s enthusiasm and dedication to his clients, follow up skills and eagerness to go the extra mile have proven to be his strength and the reason for his success in this role. Ben grew up in Heywood and he is passionate about his local Heywood/Portland community and feels that whether you are bringing up a young family or retiring to the area, the opportunities are endless. Ben lives in Portland with his wife Kellie and blended family of 5 children. Ben..got the job done..

We had been looking for the "rite" holiday home in portland for a while.....we seen our perfect place on Domain...Rang Ben... within a few hours our offer had been accepted...subject to a physical inspection...we give Ben a very short briefing..."Get The Job Done"....Which is exactly what he did...great communication...quick to talk to the vendors...and get back to us...His job is basically getting homes over the line....Ben does that..and very well....the girls at the Assets office are very friendly and on the ball as well....overall..very happy....cheers Ian and Bee....

Better succes with more agents

After a failed attempt to sell my house 3 years ago with another local agent, I went back to Ben at Assets, who orginally sold me the house. He worked with me, over the last 2 years while I renovated and made improvements to the property, ready to list again in 2026. The property was unconditional in 2 months of listing. Having the larger sales team is the big advantage Assets have. The volume of interested buyers through the property meant it was just a numbers game until the right buyer came along.
