Rather than repeat what so many before us have already said however, we wanted to emphasise the significant and lasting effect Ben had on us - two sisters facing the difficult and very emotional decision to sell the family home of 30+ years, after the loss of our father. Not only were we clueless about how to sell a house, we were still a little internally conflicted, emotionally overwhelmed, and… exhausted. Just trying to choose an agent was almost too hard. Ben came personally recommended to us and not only did he really fight for us, the sense that we could completely place our trust in him was felt almost instantly through his genuine, personable and honest nature. He guided us through the process from start to finish with empathy and sensitivity, got us listed in an unbelievably swift time, and he got us an outcome better than we had allowed ourselves to hope for. We were able to fulfil one last wish for our dad by handing over the house to people who love it like he did, ensuring his life’s work lives on, and helped a young couple/first home buyers in a tough market of hungry developers. It was never just about the money for us but we certainly weren’t expecting we’d achieve such a perfect ending as well as achieve a top result financially. Not only did he live up to every review, he exceeded all expectations and made saying goodbye to ‘home’ as good as anyone could. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone looking for an agent - whether in a situation like we were in or not.
