Ben and I have worked together on multiple properties, Ben is excellent at communicating and working to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved When there was an issue with the property, Ben took a pragmatic, solution focused approach that ensured both the buyer and the seller got the best possible outcome. From the sellers perspective, when the deal almost fell over, Ben was once again solution oriented and was able to work with us to place another buyer into the property, ensuing no lost campaign time for his seller. For us, rather than getting frustrated with the process Ben was able to work with us to help place another buyer into the contract ensuring a smooth transition. If you’re buying or selling, Ben is an excellent facilitator of deals, taking a win-win approach and ensuring the smoothest possible outcome for his sellers while also being reasonable and pragmatic in his dealings with buyers.
