We found Ben O'Brien to be an excellent agent to purchase our Apartment from, he had a lot of local knowledge of the area and also of the Building that we were buying into. Ben was always pleasant and courteous and went out of his way on numerous occasions to help us out, sometimes with problems that were not even his concern. We would certainly use Ben O'Brien as our agent again.

Ben knows the market and also how to effectively communicate with clients. We had been receiving Ben's market updates for years, the only agent to mail us in NZ. His diligence has finally paid off when we asked Ben to market our apartment for sale. Ben even found tradesmen for the minor repairs when we were told that there were none for months.
