When first meeting with Ben I was a bit wary of his confidence in getting my property sold and for a price that I needed. He went through everything and was the only agent who did his research prior to our initial meeting and it showed when comparing him to big name "boutique agencies" that are now down in the Southern Highlands. Probably the biggest compliment we could pay Ben is that he's not like the 'usual' real estate agent. Ben is real and genuine, which in my opinion is essential to being trustworthy. We quickly built a great rapport with him. Ben and the team were also responsive and well organized, and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly. I even had Ben popping round to 'check the sunshine' at different parts of the day, because we lived a long way away, which he did with pleasure!
