Sale of Unit

We first approached Rate My Agent to help us select an agent to list our unit for sale. As this was an investment property and we are located 5.5 hours west of Brisbane we really did not know who to approach. Our conversation with the rental agent did not instill a lot of confidence with us. We had 3 agents approach us but found Ben was the easiest to talk to. He answered all of our questions, (and we had lots) and he called us on a regular basis while we prepared the unit for sale. Through the whole process he was approachable & friendly.
