I recently bought an investment property from Ben in Midway Point. I was after something low maintenance, with a good rental return, in an area which offered some potential for future growth. Ben was the utmost professional from day one when I first inquired about this property. He was very knowledgeable about the various suburbs of Hobart which I should consider, and which I should be avoiding, as potential investment areas. I settled on Midway Point as a place which was still affordable, only 15-20 minutes from the CBD, yet also had a solid rental return. I settled into the house very quickly. I am still grateful to have found a nice home so quickly. My family and friends love the house. Will be making only minor changes in the near future - removing the carpet from the bathrooms and tiling the floors to make them more appropriate for the grandkids. I have also arranged to change 9 down lights to led lights. The house is easy to look after and the sun even in winter provides a lot of warmth. To really bring up the comfort of the house I plan to install ducted heating before next winter to make the mornings a bit cosier. Ben was up front with the features and benefits of this house and that made the decision to buy an easy decision to make. It was a great purchase for me.
