Ben contacted us as he had heard we had an off market sale fall through and he had active buyers Ben actually sold us the unit 6 years ago and hence knew the property well and based on conversations with him it was clear he knows the Woolshed conversion market very well, is well aware of what properties are worth and was prepared to take on our high sale price requirements given we were not active sellers. Ben kept us informed of the background and requirements of the two potential buyers, one an experienced investor and the other a first home buyer.
