I purchased a unit off Ben after inspecting a few he had listed and during that process Ben followed up after my inspection (I've had some agents not even call me back). I always look at selling agents that they should be working for their client, not the buyer and I found this with Ben. Upon making an offer, Ben prepared the contract later that evening outside of normal work hours which I appreciated as I really wanted the unit. I found Ben to be very calm throughout the process as at my end of selling my house in order to buy, I had a number of issues with the first home buyers of my house. I found his demeanor reassuring as if he'd been through this a million times where there have been complications and Ben was a lot calmer than my selling agent!
