I had a wonderful experience with Ben as someone buying into the Woolstore lifestyle. Ben was able to take a small interaction with me at an open home on another property and present my eventual property to me as an off market opportunity filling the criteria on everything I was after. His soft skills and professionalism extend to his sales team and Josh Hooten is cut from the same cloth. This won't be the last woolstore unit I will be buying, and there's only one team I'll likely do the deal through. Thanks lads.
