The whole process was somewhat relaxed considering, and Ben put us at ease with open communication throughout the entire process. We felt confident form the beginning with Ben's expertise and he didn't let us down. We selected Pulse out of 4 possible agents. Deleted 1 then choice of 3. Pulse plus one other offered soft sale program, we chose Pulse on their presentation and personal meeting with Ben. We were advised of all results of inspections very promptly, Ben was always available to discuss the sale and reports of inspections. Mid stream we changed from a soft sale to listing for an auction, due to the auction result of a Pulse listed similar property. I think everyone got a bit over excited and although our property was similar it was not the same as the auctioned property. changing to an auction and then withdrawing due to lack of any likely bidders caused extra costs for advertising and fees being borne by us. Marketing change after the failed auction brought about the eventual sale We are satisfied with the outcome although the auction hiccup brought some concern.
