Ben sold our Cronulla Apartment during lockdown

We originally asked Ben for a market appraisal after seeing increases in recent sales. Ben was very confident that he could secure us a sale price to match his appraisal so we agreed to attempt the sale off-market. Despite lockdown hitting right as we decided this, Ben and his team managed a good number of clients to see the property and kept us informed each week. Ultimately the property sold for more than his appraisal which we were thrilled about.
