I can recommend Ben to any prospective seller (or buyer for that matter) based on longstanding experience. I first tried to sell my property (a pretty basic 3 bedroom place) during the lead up to the Federal Election when negative gearing policy was in the mix. He and Bri (his assistant) tried so hard for over 6 months of almost nil real estate activity. I rented it for a while... then put it back on the market when the tenant vacated, around the COVID crisis (my timing is impeccable). This time around, and despite the strange times, Ben had it sold within about 4 weeks. He was entirely pleasant both when times were bad, but also when times were strange (can't imagine how nice he'd be when times are good!) and always professional (with a nice dose of approachable). Persistence isn't always a feature you might think of, but sometimes you need someone to stay the course.
