He was great from the start and helped be the in between person to the sellers. After exchange of contracts, we couldn’t be there to do the final pre-inspection, so Ben was able to conduct that on our behalf. After settlement, the Ben and the team left us an amazing gift of wine and some decent vouchers for nearby restaurants and retail shops. Couldn’t have asked for anything else from him to be honest!
