Ben and the team were outstanding. We've sold about 10 houses over the years in three states and overseas. This time, we were vendors from afar, Singapore, so needed local knowledge and good communication. We also set a tight timeline for everyone. We wanted to be on the market within one month of our tenant exiting, but we needed to re-carpet, fully paint, re-seal hard floors, replace the front door, put up new curtains and replace light fittings and some taps and bath rails. You get the idea. We also completely re-surfaced a long driveway and trimmed all trees and shrubs on site. Ben and Bri worked with Louise from rentals to ensure all theses tradespeople did not get in each other's way and that we scheduled everything to completion as quickly as possible.
