Ben provided excellent liaison between the vendor and me as neither of us were local. Ben fitted in with my limited availability for inspections and after my initial offer which I thought was quite high and within the suggested price guidelines he did manage to negotiate the price somewhat higher. As an out of town buyer he did additional checks on my behalf Eg was there a letterbox, as the house had never been occupied. Other queries were also answered after contacting the owners. Whenever I made a request Ben responded promptly and made purchasing from a distance an easy process. When I first started looking for a property some months earlier I had been surprised by what I perceived as quite high prices in the area. Compared with other homes I looked at on line or in person the eventual price was in line with expectations.

We are very pleased with the result that we achieved with Ben and his team. We engaged Ben early and it was clear that he has a good understanding of the local market. His advice was very helpful as we finished and presented the home. The home was sold in about 5 weeks, which is excellent relative to the average days on market in the area.
