Ben helped the reviewer sell this property

Great agent.

Ben was recommended to me by a friend. I found him very knowledgeable and courteous. From the time he came to give me an appraisal I had confidence in him. Once we signed an agency agreement he was on top of the marketing and soon had people coming to look. It was sold even before the sign went up. I found him to be very professional with the sale price negotiations and was pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend Ben.
