My wife, Jane and I were selling in Sydney and buying in the Milton-Mollymook region of the South Coast for our retirement. After doing Open Homes on Saturdays for a number of weeks we were fortunate to find Raine & Horne, Ulladulla and more so, to meet Michelle, at a property in Narrawallee. She guided us, unobtrusively, through the property and was helpful in answering most of our questions. The questions of which she was unsure, she researched and rang back promptly. She was always polite and professional and took the time to listen to our plan to rent in the area for 6 months before buying. She understood our strategy. She listened. Having set our hearts (and minds) on purchasing this property, Michelle was always there to answer calls and emails to make the transition through to sale.....and beyond, to be as smooth as possible. We are well aware that the Selling Agent works for the vendor, but it did not stop Michelle from working as a conduit between Vendor and Purchaser. She set our minds at ease! We salute Michelle's knowledge, professionalism, communication skills and enthusiasm and recommend her highly to work honestly in the best interests of both vendor and purchaser.
