Good communication

We chose Ben to represent my mother when it was time to sell her home because he was well known in the area and had previously successfully worked with another family member. Ben was respectful and pleasant throughout the campaign. He made sure we were kept informed and updated at all times. It proved to be a difficult time to sell but he was positive and enthusiastic and ultimately secured a buyer with favourable terms at a fair price.
