Throughout every element of the sales process we felt that Ben had our best interest at heart whilst being honest and pragmatic about our options and the market. Given the current declining market Ben was able to bring interest and people to our property and whilst our expectations were high Ben never encouraged us to take an offer below our expectations but instead provided good details about the market and our options. Our buyer was actually found through the greater O’Brians network via one of Ben’s colleagues as per the O’Briand model who Ben then negotiated with several times to bring them to our reserve. While less aggressive and more personable than my perception of real estate agents I couldn’t recommend Ben more.
