Ben Radcliff was the most professional Sales person we have ever come across . We can not speak highly enough of him and his great dedicated team. We were always kept up to date with Inquires , open Homes and offers . I had asked Ben to filter out tyre kickers and not to bother calling me with unsuitable offers below our agreement and he never called , his team emailed us with such details after open homes , inspections etc . Ben's negotiation skills are second to none . he remained adaptable and open minded , focused at all times , kept doing open homes even so we had a signed Contract 'under offer' . the first contract got terminated and he had a buyer later on the same Day for more money and No Conditions .
