Cannot comment on completely on market knowledge as we were the purchaser not the vendor but in every other aspect Ben was a delight to deal with. Professional, excellently responsive to questions about the property and aspects of the negotiations. Especially helpful when we had hiccoughs with movement of funds through Australian banks. At no stage did we have to agitate to obtain answers which ensured the whole process was speedy and able to be conducted from NZ by mainly email. His staff reflected Ben's "can do" attitude and were the perfect back up in his rare absences. We have been left with a 10/10 ranking from our experience for Ben and Belle Property.
