With negative past experiences with real estate agents, I was hesitant in wanting to contact one. I was referred to Ben and I am so glad I was. Can highly recommend Ben as a sales agent for selling property. Ben is very professional and explained a few things about our plan of attacked which we loved. Ben is right on the money when listing.. We had our game plan all worked out and was very keen on going to Auction! However as we had our property with tenants - that changed at the last minute as we couldn't take photos. Ben was very quick to suggest another way - which was very good - I dont believe we even got to market.. The whole process was very easy and Ben was very hands on with communication along the way. There are agents and then some - I can highly recommend Ben - if you are selling a property, he wont disappoint. Both Hubby and I are very busy with a manufacturing company and Ben made the whole process a breeze. If you are selling Ben will sit down with you and go through the options - for us Ben dealt with the property manager and our Tenants - ensuring we didn't have to do too much. Ben was realistic with price range and the plan worked out very well without going to market. Ben communication to us very clear and professional - Ben followed up and advised us each step of the way. Ben has a very good understanding of the current market trends and knows the selling area really well. Ben is very friendly and it was just a pleasant experience for us. I am happy we sold in just one viewing and not going to auction! (I really wanted to attend an auction.) I will be using Ben again when we sell future properties as its so easy. You wont regret choosing Ben as either your buying or selling agent.
Ben was down to earth and went about the process in an impartial manner. He was easy to contact and helpful with any queries that arose during the process.
We have been in the market to buy for an early a year and during that time we dealt with ALOT of agents, many who were rather arrogant and rude, others were polite but not very helpful. I can honestly say that Ben was great to deal with, he is friendly and really makes an effort to build relationships with clients. We also feel he was honest with us the whole time. We eventually we found our dream home thanks to him keeping us informed of upcoming properties. Even though we had to come up a fair bit in price, his knowledge of the current market is very good, especially in the Varsity Lakes / Robina area.
