Ben is a good agent. We connected with him because of him being a family man. He parked near a shop to get my wife and I some coffee and pointed out his wife who was pushing his baby son across the road. I told him to go and say *Hello, as I would do the same thing. " Which he did. We were looking for a rural property and he went out of his way to show us a number of them on a number of occasions and was prompt in getting back to us with the vendors negotiation when we made an offer. He has a wide knowledge of the local area and was very informative about various properties as we passed by. He does have one fault,in that he barracks for the wrong NRL team...but hey, that is a minor point really. After all, my wife does also. In all seriousness, I highly recommend Ben to you.
