Ben is for good reason the best in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area ! Bens enthusiasm and supreme market knowledge drove a impressive marketing campaign on our property, which achieved outstanding results. If you want the best person on the job to sell your home, you need not look any further. We can not thank you enough Ben.
We contacted Ben to sell our Mackie Avenue property. This was because he was highly regarded in the Hunter residential sales market. We were also aware that he had displayed excellent knowledge of an ever changing market and the ability to provide the best strategies to convert house sales. The Robinson Property real estate business has been an icon in the Newcastle market for over 60 years so choosing Ben was an easy choice. Ben showed a very enthusiastic approach on getting a quick sale ensuring us that the sale price we were expecting was attainable. We set about establishing a sales and marketing programme. Ben met on site and we discussed our options and the marketing platforms we could use. We used his marketing knowledge to agree on a suitable plan. Mackie Avenue was up for sale. He communicated with our Solicitor immediately to get contracts in place. Within 24 hours we were given the marketing brief and advertising program. Everything was then signed off ready to go. With a very large customer base he was able to quickly communicate that Mackie Avenue was on the market. Use of social media platforms had our listing advertised within hours and enquires came immediately. The process was so smooth and the first open house blew us away. He provided weekly updates of on line views, email contacts, phone call contacts, on line views of the listing and sound prospects. We were also continually in contact to discuss ongoing strategies. He was such a delight to deal with, easily contactable and nothing was a problem. Our home sold within three weeks. If you are looking for an outstanding professional to handle your sale or looking to buy we would highly recommend Ben.
Ben was an exception help with the purchase of my first house him and his team are extremely professional Couldn’t recommend enough buying or selling through these guys Thanks for all your help
Ben sold our house within a week. At all times he kept us informed. Was always available to take my calls (or called straight back if occupied). He managed to sell at a very good price. Overall, first class service.
Nothing was too much trouble. Highly professional team and so easy to deal with considering we are 3000 Klms away. Thank you Ben so appreciate your help. Fantastic job.
We were a little tentative in placing our unit on the market during these covid times. We were fortunate to have Ben as our selling agent. Ben's professionalism, local market knowledge, knowledge of the process and positive attitude steered us through the process of selling, allaying our concerns about timing of the sale. Ben kept us up to date on developments as they occurred, achieving a very positive result. We cannot recommend Ben highly enough!
Ben was personable, helpful and professional. We appreciated Ben’s integrity in handling our offers and facilitating the purchase. We would highly recommend Ben from Robinson Property.
We appreciated Ben's approach of honesty, no-nonsense, constant communication and were thrilled with the result in just one day, thank you
Prompt initial inspection Good advocate for his seller Settled prior to auction Far better than Belle property that’s for sure
Ben was straight forward and honest. This was refreshing after my previous real estate experiences. Ben was a pleasure to deal with.
Upon appointment of Ben to market our property Ben informed as of his strategy to achieve the best result for us. Ben was courteous and informative, he managed the difficult task of informing the existing tenant of the proposal to sell and kept the tenant and us in the loop during the sale process. Ben achieved a record price for a knock down property in the area and we were very happy with the result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to any prospective buyer or seller.
From the time we contacted Ben about selling our property we received outstanding advice and service. Ben listened to our needs and objectives and then set about helping us achieve that outcome. He provided recommendations on styling, an accurate pricing position and most importantly he identified the buyer and sold them our property. The property was listed, styled and sold in two weeks. I couldn’t recommend Ben or Robinson Property any more highly.
