Would recommend ben to sell anything for me. He knows how to give service as he is a very hard worker.

Ben was approachable and very friendly on the opening inspection. I did feel once I was locked in as a buyer I didn't hear much from him. I would have liked him to communicate better with me for eg, indicating he had received the holding bond, helping me understand the processes involved etc. I did have my solicitor helping me and liaising with Ben, but as I was very knew to the process, I would have appreciate hearing from him so I was aware all parties knew what was happening. I sort of felt once he has sold the property to me he didn't need to help me anymore. However, Tanika who has been helping Ben while he was away has been amazing!!! She has communicated well keeping me informed and gone out of her way to let me into the house several times. I can't commend her enough!!

Ben was great in keeping us fully informed as to the process and was particularly good in not putting undue pressure on us to accept any purchasers offer
