After using Robinson for many years with an investment property. I was given Ben's contact deals to pursue the idea of selling. Ben was a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I decided to sell, he was prompt, professional, knew his market and helped me through the process along the way. Highly recommend Robinson real estate. Thanks Ben
Ben's extensive experience as a real estate agent was evident in our dealings with Robinson Property. In particular his knowledge of sales in our local area ensured we set a sound but achievable price. Interest in our property was nurtured by Ben's attentive respectful approach to buyers.
We could not have been happier with the service provided by Ben. From start to finish the process was seamless and he secured the sale of our property in a short period of time. He was, as we were, realistic about our Sale price and he helped us to navigate through the sales process with a minimum of stress. His communication was excellent and we would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property.
Great communication, fast, efficient and excellent market knowledge. Ben negotiated and achieved a great price working with several buyers. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Ben Robinson and the team.
Easy hassle-free purchase of our new apartment in Newcastle, no high pressure sales pitches, no pushy phone calls. In general a lovely purchasing experience!
Ben was fantastic at getting the best price for my home. Always friendly and professional to deal with, and was kept up to date along the process. Cannot recommend Ben highly enough!
I would like to personally thank Ben Robinson and his wonderful sales team at Robinson Property for securing an amazing price from my property at Cooks Hill. I greatly appreciate the care you took in selling my property, the regular up dates you provided in regards to the advertising of the property, the exchange of contracts and the connections you made to ensure my property was presented professionally to maximise best possible outcomes. Thank you Ben for everything you have undertaken to sell this property and at a higher price then expected. Fantastic outcome and I would highly recommend you to my family, friends and work colleagues.
My experience was great. Ben gave me lots of helpful information and we made such a Quick and easy purchase. He was very approachable and willing to go above and beyond for the person who was buying the house.
Ben’s credentials speak volumes for his experience and knowledge. His personal manner and friendly nature have made me feel like I’m dealing with a friend, not an agent. I am sure we will do more business together, and share a friendship for a long time after the houses are bought and sold. At Robinson I know the people are friendly, and work hard to make the experience memorable.
My wife and I having been dealing with Ben Robinson and the fabulous staff at Robinson’s Real estate for almost 20 years and have had nothing but a very positive experience. We originally purchased the property through Ben and then leased it out via their property management team. The property was inspected thoroughly at regular intervals and maintained as per their guidance. When it was time to sell Ben worked tirelessly in difficult times to achieve a good result for us and the purchaser. All of the staff at Robinson Property have been very professional yet friendly during the whole process.
Ben made the sale a pleasure. An easy rapport coupled with quick responses assisted in making the sale a positive experience. Great knowledge of the general market in Newcastle combined with an intimate insight into the Honeysuckle precinct assisted in achieving a great result in a receding market. Thank you.
