Twice lucky!!

Ben was a delightful agent to deal with for our inspection and potential purchase of an apartment in East Newcastle. He enabled a second visit for my wife and I, which for us landed the deal. His detailed knowledge of the apartment and surroundings was forthcoming and he was happy to answer any questions we might have had. He's a friendly chap with a lovely smile and a warm demeanour, someone we also found to be both honest and trustworthy in his dealings with potential buyers.
