Ben Roe’s real estate career began in South West London in 2005 before he joined CB Richard Ellis Retail Services in Sydney’s CBD in 2007. There, he played a pivotal role in leasing both new and existing retail spaces, working closely with landlords, agents, and retailers to secure prime opportunities in Sydney’s most sought-after locations.
With a strong background in project marketing, Ben has successfully positioned numerous properties for lease, overseeing every stage—from strategic marketing and lease negotiations to renewals, property appraisals, and interior enhancements in collaboration with design teams. His hands-on approach and deep market knowledge have consistently delivered outstanding results for his clients.
In 2014, Ben relocated to the Southern Gold Coast, where he worked alongside some of the region’s most respected real estate professionals. Now, with nearly two decades of industry experience, he is proud to launch his own agency—bringing expert guidance, innovative marketing, and a results-driven approach to the Gold Coast property market.
