Right from our initial expressions of interest, Ben was a consummate professional. He guided us through the process and was honest with his expectations for the sale of our property. In the weeks leading up to our property being ready to list, Ben kept us updated on the market and assisted in organising tradespeople as requested. Once listed, he and the entire team were highly sensitive of our desire to have the property sold quickly, providing flexible options to keep everything on track. During the negotiation of sale, Ben acted in our best interests, keeping us informed, and closing the sale at a greater than anticipated value. Even after the sale, Ben continued to offer advice and support as we bid on our new property, even though it was listed with another agent. We would give Ben our highest recommendation.

The property was being managed by Lister and Cole. When i asked about the current market and recent property sales, Ben was the person who contacted me to chat about my inquiry. I asked Ben to do an appraisal of the property and to give an honest estimate of the value. In his response, i thought that Ben had given me that and as a result i asked Ben to assist with the marketing and subsequent sale of the property. At the time we listed the property, the market had started to soften. Ben advised that the valuation would hold up and as it turned out our first offer was almost to the dollar. My asking price was a fraction higher and with Ben's help that figure was achieved and a contract was entered into resulting in a sale. Ben was upfront, no nonsense and gave me a realistic outlook of what to expect considering the market changes. For that i commend Ben.

Ben clearly knows the real estate market in the mountains area. He is honest and accurate about market value resulting in realistic sale prices and quick sales. Ben is always friendly and polite, he keeps clients fully informed and follows through on his word.

Overall very happy with the agent and the way he represented himself and the marketing on the home was done well. He was very professional at all times and always did his best in all aspects of selling our property. Unfortunately we made the mistake of going with another agent and real estate before this one which meant the property needed to be sold ASAP, we regret not choosing Ben as the first person to sell our property. I recommend Ben as being a fantastic choice when it comes to selling your property.
